Wir halten unser NMN auf der Grundlage wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse für wirksam und sicher. Wir empfehlen 250 mg als Kapsel, da diese Dosis und Verabreichung in klinischen Studien bereits positive Auswirkungen auf Muskelmasse, Herz-Kreislauf-Funktion, Insulinsensitivität, Mitochondrienfunktion, etc. gezeigt hat. Auch eine klinische Studie zeigt, dass eine Dosierung von 150 mg NMN-Pulver ausreicht, um den NAD+/NADH-Spiegel in den Zellen zu erhöhen, was mit einem höheren Energieniveau und einem Anti-Aging-Effekt verbunden ist. (4)
Dies bedeutet, dass diese Dosis nachweislich wirksam ist und eine gesundheitsfördernde Wirkung hat. Natürlich sind bis zu 500 mg (zwischen 30 und 60 Jahren) und 750 mg (für einen 90 kg schweren Mann über 60) ohne Probleme möglich. (5) (6)
Die aktuelle klinische Studie von Lin et al. aus dem September 2022 zeigt, dass eine Dosis zwischen 300 und 600 mg bei Personen, die zuvor kein NMN eingenommen hatten (NAD-Spiegel, biologisches Alter, Fitness), die größte Wirkung hat. Innerhalb der ersten zwei Monate machte es keinen signifikanten Unterschied, ob man 600 mg oder 900 mg einnahm. (7)
