How can I optimise my Sereniser experience?Updated 2 days ago

While our internal testing and product development showed excellent results, there may occur some experienced unpleasant effects, such as lighter sleep, reduced deep sleep, or early wake-ups during the first days of taking it. We’ve analysed initial feedbacks and wanted to give you some insight into why, in rare cases, sleep may initially get worse before it improves — and how you might avoid that.

The Sereniser works gently to regulate neurotransmitters, cortisol rhythms, and hormonal balance. These systems are highly individual and dynamic, especially during phases like (peri)menopause. Our ingredients — Holy Basil, Serezin™, Saffron, and L-Theanine — have well-studied benefits for sleep and relaxation. However, in some people, the initial effect may differ depending on timing, sensitivity, or dosage.

In case the Sereniser does not work for you in the first few nights we suggest trying the following:

  • Start with 1 capsule instead of 2. Adaptogens like Holy Basil can follow a U-curve: less is sometimes more.
  • Adjust your timing: Try taking Sereniserwith dinner (at least 3 hours before bed) or right before sleep, instead of waiting 1-2h, to see what works best for you.
  • Track what changes. If you’re using an Oura, Whoop, Garmin or similar wearable, we’d love to review & evaluate your data if you’re open to sharing. Feel free to contact us here
