Inside the DNA & Bioage package you can find detailed instructions what to do - step by step. 

Place the clear plastic bag containing the plastic tube inside the white box. Then place the box inside the silver return envelope.

Please check with the local post office if you are able to send it with the silver envelope. If not, please place the white box in an appropriate shipping box. 

Please send your sample by a tracked delivery service to the most suitable address:

For customs you should designate the package as a "Plastic Tube" for customs purposes with a value of $/€ 10.00 : Exempt specimen not restricted.

If you need to deposit a code number of the harmonised customs system, please use this HS code: 39239000

Please be aware that you have to bear the costs of the delivery.
