We’re confident you’ll love your Avea supplements. However, if they don’t perform for you, you can keep them and get a refund (90 days money-back guarantee).
Just email our team ([email protected]), and we will schedule a 10-min phone call where you will have the opportunity to tell us why it wasn’t a fit for you. After the call, we’ll get you a refund - no return necessary. We just ask you to try it for one month.
Our Avea guarantee is valid for the first-time purchase and is redeemable up to 90 days after the purchase date on single products.
Our money-back guarantee applies to first-time orders only and within 90 days of purchase.
Please note that the 'do not return' policy only applies to three month's supply. If you have chosen for an annual product subscription, you are required to return the remaining products (11 monthly packs for annual) to us to get your money back.
We accept returns on unopened products in their original condition and please note that you’re responsible for the cost of shipping your returns.
