Just after placing your order, you should receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking information. You can use your tracking information to check the status of your order.

You may also sign in to your Avea Life account and select “Order History.” There, you’ll find your tracking information and can check on the status of your order.
