Why did you include those 5 micronutrients and a B complex in the Essentials?Updated a month ago

We focus on these 5 micronutrients and a B complex (incl. methylated forms of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12) to address typical nutritional deficiencies, enhancing a healthy immune function and bridge potential nutritional gaps in your daily nutrition. Some of these nutrients are often more difficult to obtain from a diet alone compared to others, such as vitamin C which are found in many fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, while vitamin D, K2, zinc, magnesium, and omega-3s can be harder to obtain in sufficient amounts or are hardly absorbed such as B12. Additionally, those "Essentials" have been extensively studied and have well-established health benefits.
